About the director: Zahra Ahooei (Tehran, 1990) began her career as a writer, journalist and researcher within social, scientific and cultural realms in national press. After graduating from Hilaj Film School, Ahooei directed her first short film called “Extra Time” (2015). “Prestige” is her third short film.

About the director: Chloé Cinq-Mars wrote the screenplay of La Voce, a short film directed by David Uloth, which traveled to over 150 festivals and was awarded 54 prizes. She also wrote the feature film The Far Shore, directed by David Uloth. The Cut is her first experience as a director.

About the director: Oskar Willers has studied Filmtheory and Filmhistory at Stockholm University and went to the hands-on Film Schools: Stockholm Film School and Biskops Arnö Screenwriting School. He has worked as a commercial film- and still photographer and for the last ten years he is also a teacher at Kulturama Film School in Stockholm. I N T E R S T I C E (M E L L A N R U M) is Oskar´s directiorial debut.

Jacob has directed for Jimmy Kimmel Live, Comedy Central, Funny or Die, Nickelodeon and BuzzFeed. His ability to tap into pop-cultural moments has resulted in hundreds of millions of views for his videos, which as we know are the crack cocaine of the Internet.

About the director: Born in the UK to immigrant parents, David is half-Iranian and half-British-French-Canadian. He won the ECU Screenwriting Contest with his spec script, “RAIN”.

Maria graduated the renowned Drehbuchwerkstatt Munich. She works with a focus on women issues.
